Jorge Martin of Team Pramac won the Tissot Sprint of the Malaysian Grand Prix. The race took
place at Sepang International Circuit, where Martin took the lead from the very first corners.
However, the day was not without tension.
Francesco Bagnaia crashed during Saturday’s race. This incident allowed the Pramac rider, sup-
ported by Accossato, to increase his lead in the standings.
Jorge Martin, while not winning Race 2, finished in second place and once again demonstrated
his great talent. Martin comes into the last race with a 24-point lead over Bagnaia, making the
fight for the title very close
Martin said he was satisfied with the victory, but also acknowledged that the title is not yet secure.
He stressed the importance of continuing to focus and give his best in the upcoming races.
With only one Grand Prix remaining, the world title could still change hands. Bagnaia expressed
his determination to give it his all in the final race, but acknowledged that his chances of winning
are limited.
