Warranty and Inspection:
The warranty is valid for a duration of 24 months from the date of the invoice.
Each produced caliper is assigned a serial number, making it uniquely identifiable from all other radial calipers. Removal of this serial number results in the loss of warranty and support.
The caliper inspection carried out internally by Accossato technicians is completed within one working week from the receipt of the radial caliper. The inspection includes: external inspection of the product, disassembly of the caliper into all its parts, microscopic visual inspection of each caliper component, visual inspection of the caliper's internal body, replacement of gaskets, assembly of all parts, static testing, and dynamic testing. Replaced parts are scrapped, and from the moment of inspection, the caliper gains an additional 12 months of warranty, upon presentation of the invoice. A further inspection (the second) does not extend the product warranty. The inspection does not include the replacement of other external components not mentioned. In case of a fall, the inspection is carried out exclusively if essential conditions are met for the caliper to return to optimal functioning conditions, equivalent to a new caliper.
