WARRANTY/RMA
Each product sold by Accossato is covered by warranty. This is valid for Accossato’s and its parterns’ products. Final users will benefit a 2-year warranty in case of non-conformity, according to the Italian Legislative Decree 24/02.
You must keep your invoice in order to benefit from the warranty.
How to open a case – How to request a RMA number (Return merchandize authorization number)

In order to get a return merchandize authorization number and to open a case on the purchased product you can open a “ticket” via this link https://accossato.com/it/account and then select "Support".
Fill in all the fields (all mandatory) with the requested information. You will receive the instructions on how to proceed with shipment and RMA code for return. A technician from our team may intervene in order to solve the issue remotely.
Please note: all non-authorized returns will be rejected.

Our client has 30 days to return the non-conforming products from the release date of the RMA code.
Shipment to Accossato will be covered by our client – except for specific cases.
Accossato will reserve the right to charge the client full shipment roundtrip costs in case one of the occurrences of one of the following cases:
- if – after a technical verification - the flaw is not covered by warranty;
- if – after a technical verification – the product functions perfectly and does not have any flaws;
Once we receive the part, we remove it from its shipping box and its original packaging.
After a visual check to the naked eye in order to prevent any physical damage, the part is checked on the testbench.
Once the flaw is spotted, the part will be replaced and shipped back to the Distributor / Client.
Please note that the final user is the natural person who buys the parts for personal purposes and does not report any registration number of a company in the order.
Final users benefit from the 2-year warranty given to our distributors from the date of the invoice.
